Responsibilities
- Execute daily sorting, packing, and shipping operations efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners accurately to track inventory.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality control protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing packages to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
