Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries and product selection.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer refunds according to policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company standards are met at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Arlington location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be available for a 6-month commitment.
