Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing store displays and inventory
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology/POS systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required for location)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to weekend reliability
