Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in accordance with safety regulations.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper storage and organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process returns and handle inventory adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to start immediately.
