Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to casino/hotel guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to strict sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies during shift changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to all company policies, gaming regulations, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Must be 18+ years old and able to obtain necessary gaming licenses
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/financial transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to work location
