Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently handle merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, sorting, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and report discrepancies promptly.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery safely after completing our certification training program.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays consistently.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
