Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order fulfillment and packing processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and care.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and KPIs.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Valid ID or Social Security Number for I-9 verification.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
