Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for customers.
- Handle cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including counting cash drawers and securing the facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
