Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to be trained.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
