As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during peak weekend periods. We pride ourselves on our high standards and are looking for team members who share our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision and efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend team to achieve daily production goals.
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing orders and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
- Keep workstations organized and clean to promote operational hygiene.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license (for some locations, including NC).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
