Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage guest check-ins and check-out procedures efficiently
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold company safety and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Reliable transportation to the Paradise Road location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
