Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment to process orders and manage inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify merchandise accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing stock to maintain optimal warehouse conditions.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Compliance Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Basic English Skills: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime or adjust shifts based on business needs.
