Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by scanning stock and updating systems.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Handle basic customer inquiries regarding order status with a professional demeanor.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
