Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accurate handling of goods.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as trained.
- Perform cycle counts and spot checks to ensure inventory integrity and prevent shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Package and label shipments accurately for timely delivery to our clients.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
