Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks, packages, and freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory materials in preparation for the upcoming work week.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and workflow bottlenecks.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for delivery to the New York and local Indianapolis markets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Valid Driver's License (clean driving record preferred).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
