Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on products before they are packaged for shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read labels and identify products quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
