Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and precision using our WMS system.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability and order status.
- Adhere to quality control standards and handle merchandise with care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
