Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely and in a timely manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse driving tasks, if applicable).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
