Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in fast-paced environments.
