Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer database
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple software systems
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts + potential weekday evenings)
- Basic computer literacy with 40+ WPM typing skills
