Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications
