Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across weekend shifts ensuring seamless continuity
- Manage electronic health records and maintain accurate documentation

- Supplement staff during peak weekend hours and ensure coverage compliance

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical or administrative healthcare experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential required

- Strong weekend availability and reliability
- Excellent communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Current BLS/CPR certification
