Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with medication administration under supervision per care protocols
- Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient continuity of care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
