Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care during weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient records
- Administer medications under provider guidance
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and specialists
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection protocols
- Train weekend staff on emergency procedures
- Support weekend admissions and discharge processes
Qualifications
- Active CNA, LPN, or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun)
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
