Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota nursing license (LPN/RN/CNA)
- 1+ years clinical experience required
- Weekend availability mandatory
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
