Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance during weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with medical staff for coordinated care
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and care planning
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA or HHA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation required
