Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend shifts
- Assist with medical procedures and treatment administration
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide emotional support
- Prepare weekend shift reports for handover to weekday staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
