Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care
- Respond to patient inquiries and emergencies promptly
- Adhere to all HIPAA and safety protocols
- Support weekend admission/discharge processes
Qualifications
- Current California nursing license (RN/LVN/CNA) or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Weekend availability flexibility (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (EHR systems preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR/BLS certification required
