Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Perform inventory checks, stocking shelves, and maintaining store organization.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of weekend sales events or promotions.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits.
Qualifications
- No prior work experience or formal education is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
