Responsibilities
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures to ensure store readiness.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies immediately.
- Perform cash register duties accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami location.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems.
