You will work directly with management to optimize workflows and ensure our clients receive top-tier service. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team of warehouse associates.
- Prepare and organize pallets for shipping to ensure optimal loading.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
