- Oversee weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 associates during peak weekend foot traffic
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize sales impact
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Train weekend staff on product knowledge and service protocols
- Analyze weekend sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets during weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and team coaching abilities
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
