Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate weekend retail teams during Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations effectively
- Implement sales strategies to meet weekend performance targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Train and develop new team members on weekend procedures
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Basic math proficiency for inventory and sales reporting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
