Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics flow specifically during the weekend shift.
- Supervise a team of 10+ employees to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team for seamless operational handovers.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct weekly safety audits and inspections.
- Resolve operational issues and address employee inquiries promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage payroll and timekeeping for the weekend crew accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team under pressure.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
