Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely shipping.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in resolving complex customer service inquiries and operational discrepancies.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
