Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend logistics and customer service delivery
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend shift efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring weekend performance meets company standards
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity and handover protocols
- Manage weekend staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Address urgent operational issues and implement corrective actions during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Proven experience leading weekend or overnight shift teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
