Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required by certification and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and sort incoming stock, ensuring accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment, verifying labels and ensuring proper handling of fragile items.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by keeping aisles clear and storage areas organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning and evening shift teams to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, labeling, and organizing inventory.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of consistent attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for verbal and written communication.
