Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional attitude upon their arrival.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering detailed inquiries about our merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in regular stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software is preferred.
