Responsibilities
- Package Handling: Efficiently sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records for the weekend shift.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (including holidays as needed).
- Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid work authorization.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
