Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Conduct weekend inventory checks and equipment maintenance
- Train and mentor new weekend shift team members
- Generate weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service or operations experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (7am-7pm shifts)
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for inventory tasks
