Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members during peak weekend hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Complete shift reports and performance documentation
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if transportation required)
