Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety standards.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely loading and dispatch of shipments.
- Address and resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
