Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend healthcare staff operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during weekend shifts
- Address urgent patient concerns and escalate critical issues appropriately
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend-specific procedures
- Monitor resource allocation and optimize weekend workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare supervisory experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification and state nursing license
- Strong conflict resolution and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Ability to work independently and make decisive judgments
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
