Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 retail associates during weekend shifts
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service experiences
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet weekend targets
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail/customer service
