Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations across all departments
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 hourly staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety protocols
- Handle inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Resolve customer escalations and operational challenges
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to manage weekend and holiday shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM-2 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
