Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 team members during Saturday/Sunday shifts, ensuring operational excellence
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism
- Monitor inventory and stock levels, coordinating replenishment as needed
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
- Process transactions accurately and balance daily cash reports
- Train new weekend staff on brand-specific procedures
- Submit shift reports highlighting achievements and improvement areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or supervisory experience
- Available to work all Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Valid driver's license (for Virginia locations)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to weekend reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
