- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
