Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and store standards
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5-10 weekend associates
- Monitor inventory, process shipments, and maintain visual merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure safety protocols
- Generate sales reports and implement strategies to meet weekend targets
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Execute marketing promotions and in-store events during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
