Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and logistics staff during weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and provide mentorship to team members.
- Prepare and review daily shift reports and performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
- Proven leadership experience, specifically in weekend shift management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a full-time commitment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs is a plus.
