Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring seamless patient care coordination
- Lead 5-7 person teams during high-volume Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Manage staff scheduling and real-time workflow adjustments
- Enforce strict compliance with healthcare safety protocols
- Resolve patient and staff concerns with exceptional service
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed incident reports
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Background check and drug screening required
